Job Title: Production Operations Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of production machinery and equipment.

Your primary focus will be on maintaining equipment, monitoring performance, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during production. This includes setting up machines for production runs, loading materials, adjusting settings, and calibrating equipment to prevent malfunctions.

You will also be responsible for monitoring machine performance during operation to identify any issues or inefficiencies. Additionally, you will need to resolve minor problems that may arise during production, report major issues to the maintenance team, and assist in implementing process improvements.
