Production Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of production equipment and processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Directly reports to the Production Supervisor.
- Fills hydrogen peroxide, ammonium hydroxide, and mixes chemical polishers according to specified targets and quality standards.
- Executes various production activities as instructed, including container preparation, inspection, washing, loading, palletizing on/off conveyor systems, strapping, packaging inspection, shrink-wrapping, material receiving and handling, barcode generation, and printing.
- Adheres strictly to procedures outlined in the Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines.
- Monitors process parameters, records data on check sheets, and ensures all readings fall within prescribed operational limits.
- Proficient in using handheld equipment required for production operations.
- Capable of operating NAV (ERP) systems.
- Performs basic maintenance tasks as needed.
- Supports process and line improvement initiatives.
- Maintains cleanliness and general housekeeping of the production area.
- Complies with all safety regulations and ensures proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during operations.
- Follows standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintains line discipline at all times.
- Performs any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
