You will be joining a well-established Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) solutions provider who provide a one-stop EMS solutions for high mix, low volume projects and is well-known for cabling, PCB assemblies, box build & system integrations. Due to ambitious expansion plans in the region, they are looking for a qualified Products Engineering Manager to join the team.

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee and lead the Products Engineering team. Team covers NPI, process, first build and ECN through product life cycle.

Leading a group of Engineers and ensuring the project delivery on NPI commitment according to management's timeline.

Lead and manage team process, productivity and quality improvement activity.

Hands-on on key customer accounts NPI (new project transfer) cycle - including verification of drawing, work instructions, necessary tool/ jig and process sheet (Lot traveler).

Solving the technical/quality issue related to products and processes.

**Requirements**:
Min. 8 - 10 years of relevant working experience of Engineering in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing Service industry.

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical /Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.

Strong technical skills in EMS is a must.

Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team is a must.

Committed and good problem-solving skills.

Knowledge on using MRP system like Baan/ SAP/INFOR preferred.

Effective Bilingual in English and Mandarin for work purpose.

Base Salary from $8,000 - $10,000/month.
