We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to oversee our commercial operations in Southeast Asia/Oceania.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving profitable growth, commercial excellence, and delivering sales objectives in this dynamic region.

Job Summary

We offer an attractive salary package of approximately SGD $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to manage and supervise agents and distributors business in the Southeast Asia/Oceania territory.

This includes:

  • Developing, implementing, and following up on the progress of personal care and/or pharmaceutical business, key projects, and action plans to achieve sales budget and objectives.
  • Preparing annual budgets for the Asia Pacific territory and analyzing markets and trends quarterly.
  • Delivering set objectives, updating market information, and working with agents and distributors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitoring competitive activities in the Asia Pacific region, promoting innovation and strategic products, and participating in trade shows.
  • Liaising with the academic community and ensuring relevant parties receive complete information on customers and their specific requirements.
  • Achieving revenue and quantity targets for the year and setting up targets for the coming year.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A technical degree, preferably Chemical Engineering or Pharmacy, with an MBA or PhD in related fields being an added advantage.
  • A minimum 8 years of commercial and technical experience in the cosmetics and/or pharmaceutical industries.
  • A strong command of the English language, with knowledge of one or more regional languages being a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, accustomed to interacting with various levels of management and customers.
  • A self-motivated, dynamic, collaborative personality, and a successful track record of sales management, managing customers' project formulation development in a matrix environment.

This role reports directly to the General Manager and requires close coordination with the regional technical support, marketing team, and customer service.
