Digital Relationship Manager

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Digital Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking team in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing industry-leading coverage to companies operating in the 'new economy', traditional technology, and communications industry.
Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Actively engage with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Product Solutions: Anticipate client needs and proactively propose appropriate banking products and solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes in the DT&C segment.
- Insights and Guidance: Leverage your knowledge to provide relevant insights and guidance to existing and prospective clients, helping them navigate industry challenges and opportunities.
- Transaction Origination: Originate transactions by staying connected to the ecosystem of investors, start-ups, industry associations, thought leaders, and senior business contacts to expand industry knowledge and deepen Citi Commercial Bank (CCB)'s relationship with these partners.
- Solution Structuring: Working closely with senior RMs, product specialists, and subject matter experts across the bank to structure customized solutions that meet clients' unique needs.
- Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet.
- Innovation: Drives innovation in the solutions we provide clients and further developing our business where necessary and appropriate.
- Credit Risk Management: Assess and manage credit risk by conducting thorough financial analysis and due diligence on clients.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Professional Conduct: Maintain a high standard of ethical behavior and professional conduct.
- Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in commercial banking or corporate banking, with a focus on the TMT sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the new economy and traditional TMT industry dynamics, trends, and challenges.
- Client Relationship Management: Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.
- Credit Skills: Demonstrates intermediate knowledge of credit skills and Early Warning Detection.
- Financial Analysis: Demonstrates intermediate understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling, and financial statement analysis.
- Leadership: Proven leadership ability with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Communication: Communicates views with clarity and confidence.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintains contact with key stakeholders to proactively seek input as appropriate.
- Business Development: Aggressive and hungry to create new business opportunities with existing clients and able to demonstrate innovative approaches to meeting clients' needs.
- Digital Awareness: Ability to embrace new technology and understand the role digital plays in the experience we deliver for our clients.
