Job Description: Sales Growth Executive

As a Sales Growth Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the construction industry by developing strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.

You will actively promote products, maintain relationships with new and existing clients, and develop in-depth knowledge of clients' specific requirements to tailor solutions that add value.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving sales targets set by management in the construction and building materials market.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering solutions.
  • Actively identifying new business opportunities in the construction market.
  • Conducting market research to pinpoint potential growth sectors and prospects.
  • Submitting customer analysis and sales reports to management monthly.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • A Class 2A (motorcycle) or Class 3 driving license and a vehicle for site visits and customer engagements.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and negotiation abilities.
  • High computer literacy, strong salesmanship, creative problem-solving, and self-motivation.
  • Diploma or degree, with certification in sales techniques or construction-related qualifications beneficial.
