Event Logistics Coordinator Job

This is a full-time on-site position for an Event Logistics Executive at a leading events company.
We are seeking an Event Logistics Driver to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering seamless, high-quality B2B events. This position involves managing event logistics, including delivery and setup of event items, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment on event deliverables and fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage event logistics, including the receipt, storage, and categorization of incoming event materials within the warehouse, maintaining accurate records of all items and tracking stock levels.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, conducting regular checks to ensure availability for events.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment to event locations based on event requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with event organizers, transportation teams, and other relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of items to event sites.
  • Address any issues or discrepancies that may arise during storage, retrieval, or delivery of event materials.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or technical production operations preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexible working hours, including weekends or evenings when required.
  • A valid Class 3 Singapore driver's license is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to manage a team and interact across departments and with external vendors.
