Job Title:
Core Banking Application Developer
We are seeking a talented Core Banking Application Developer to join our team. As an experienced developer with expertise in AS400 RPG ILE, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing core banking applications that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and enhance programs for core banking applications using AS400 RPG ILE programming language.
- Analyze business requirements and implement solutions that align with the organization's business objectives.
- Work effectively with IT and business partners in various stages of system development life cycle.
- Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure seamless application delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 6 years' experience in software development, preferably in a finance institution.
- Strong knowledge of core banking technology, including customers, deposits, and loans.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to handle multiple streams of demands from business.
- Experience in working with different teams with diverse backgrounds/units.
- Knowledge of agile development management model.
- Team player with excellent communication and documentation skills.
- RPG and CLP programming on AS400.
- Aldon change management tool.
