Technical Lead Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead Developer to drive the development of software applications using AS400 RPG/ILE.


Job Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will lead the full software development life cycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications.


  • Analyze project enhancements and provide assessments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop accurate and efficient computer programs according to specifications.
  • Assist in system design and analysis of program specifications.
  • Prepare test data, test scripts, and test coded programs thoroughly to validate completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain current knowledge of standard programming languages and coding methods.
  • Provide technical support during batch processing.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • Strong experience with AS400 RPGLE and VB scripting.
  • Proficiency in banking domain, specifically Silverlake Core Banking: Deposits, Fixed Deposits, etc.
