Education Program Promoter

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to promote our education programs.

  • Promote center programmes to prospective parents and students, conducting consultations and providing personalized course recommendations.
  • Foster positive relationships with parents and students, advising them on programme changes, class schedules, and fee matters.
  • Manage enrolment processes, fee collection, scheduling, and CRM updates, ensuring smooth student onboarding.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and track performance, working closely with academic and administrative teams.

Qualifications:

  • GCE 'O'/'A' Levels or Diploma in Education or related field.
  • 1–2 years' sales and customer service experience with CRM knowledge an advantage.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with ability to work 5 days/week.
  • Bilingual skills will be an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking parents/students.
