The Partners Programme Department aims to bring healthy living to more diverse population segments and deepen engagement with those who are already participants of HPB by tapping on the expertise and domain-knowledge available in the field of technology-enabled health promotion.

HPB’s long-term goal is to work with various device and technology partners to increasingly leverage technology for healthy living programmes. To tap on the expertise and domain-knowledge available in the field of technology-enabled health promotion, HPB explores collaborations to co-create new health programmes to encourage more Singapore residents to participate and sustain a healthy lifestyle. An example of such co-created programme is LumiHealth which may also include other commercial partners. With Healthier SG (HSG), there is a need to align and synergise Partner Programmes with HSG’s programmes.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and synthesise the policy, business and operational requirements and processes of Partner Programmes with that of HSG’s healthy living programmes including the H365 offerings;
- Conduct cross domain programme analysis to identify trends and opportunities that can improve programme processes and operations considering the characteristics and needs of both HSG enrolees and HPB’s existing participants. Be Part of the Team
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in an Operations or Project Management role.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player with good analytical, planning and management skills towards achieving set objectives and key deliverables.
- Ability to develop long-term product vision and roadmap and translate it into executable deliverables and milestones.
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management to engage and influence towards desired product and programme outcomes.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment where solutions are prone to changes.
- Experience in app design or UI/UX and relevant project management-related certifications will be an advantage.
