You will be part of HPB's
Integrated Solutions and Programme Planning Office (ISPPO) , responsible for planning, managing, co-designing, and implementing innovative population health projects using smart technological solutions such as wearables, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. We collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to pioneer new technology solutions in transforming preventive health and health promotion initiatives.
What You Can Expect
As a key member of the Partners Programme Team, you will jointly manage a digital product throughout its lifecycle, including content development, to meet Singapore residents' health and lifestyle needs. You will lead efforts to refresh the product vision and strategy, align digital product roadmaps, and coordinate product releases with various teams.
You'll be responsible for fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, designing and developing digital programmes, and identifying opportunities. As the lead in content and product development, especially in lifestyle areas such as exercise, nutrition, and mental health, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure relevant health content and optimize delivery. You will also manage project scope, track milestones, conduct UATs, and ensure maximum value for the programme.
Additionally, you will facilitate regular meetings for planning, resolving roadblocks, and stakeholder communication.

A highly self-motivated individual with 4-5 years of relevant experience in product or programme management, preferably in digital, tech, or customer engagement fields. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and possess:
Knowledge in lifestyle domains such as exercise, nutrition, or mental health
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong analytical and management skills
Excellent communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders
Understanding of digital product management, lifecycle, data management, and privacy
Experience in public health or health promotion is an advantage
