Plan and schedule programme activities
- Collate and analyse programme data and feedback for enhancement
- Organise and manage events relating to programme - briefing, logistics, coordination with schools and other partner organisations
- Organise meetings and work with Programme Chairperson and committees to review and enhance programme
- Maintain proper administrative records related to programmesPartnership Management
- Cultivate new partners and maintain good working relations with existing partners
- Coordinate with partners to execute programmes
- Manage communications and feedback from stakeholders
- Monitor, evaluate and submit reports on KPIs to funders and partnersVolunteer Management
- Recruit, engage and deploy volunteers within the programme
- Coordinate their volunteering training schedule
- Manage and grow volunteer pool to support the programmeOther Duties
- Time to time as assigned by Senior ManagementSkills and Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Tech-savvy and Proficient in Microsoft office skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Possess strong planning, organizational and analytical skills
- Have a good learning attitude and aptitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environmentQualifications
- Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline
- Experience in programme and volunteer management, preferably in a social service sector will be an advantage.
