**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and establish work plans (quarterly/ half-yearly) to ensure that parents of assigned schools signed up for the new EBP of Triple P Programmes from Level 2,3 & 4 and signposts.
- Work with School Leaders, teachers and AEDs to engage parent with higher parenting needs.
- Work with the relevant school staff to manage case referrals from the allocated schools.
- Assist to maintain database of parents from assigned schools with allocated cluster to be provided to Programme Executive and Head for further programme development and planning.
- Scheduled parenting programmes, coordinate parents’ attendance and organize the logístical arrangement for the sessions, which are typically held on weekday evenings and Saturdays mornings in the School.
- Collate parents’ and schools’ feedback on parenting programmes, and work with the Head of Programme/ FLE Trainer to identify areas of improvement and implement corresponding improvement measures.
- Assist to the procurement of Triple P and Signpost and other resources materials required to execute the various parenting support services
- Assist with the smooth execution of all MWS Family Support Programme within the regional cluster
- Work with stakeholders within each cluster to promote awareness of parenting support services.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the Head of Parenting Services and Programme Executive.
**Qualifications**
- Minimally a diploma holder
- Proficient in English and preferably in Mandarin, Malay
- Physically fit
- Good organizational skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess high level of initiative
- Possess positive attitude
- Good team player
- Proficient in MS Office
**Working Conditions**
- Travelling between schools will be required
- Likely to be hot-desking
- Telecommuting under prevailing guidelines set by MOH, MOM, MSF
- Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm). May need to work on some weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,200.00 per month
