About Gemini Personnel Pte Ltd

We are a leading recruitment agency seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to reconcile payroll discrepancies and provide necessary reports.
  • Respond promptly to employee inquiries related to payroll matters.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll information and documentation.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Maintain and update employees' P-files and data.
  • Assist on other adhoc HR matters.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in related field.
  • Experience working in Hospitality/Real Estate/Property Management/Constructions is an added advantage or other industry.
  • Experience in payroll and OT processing.
  • Working knowledge of employment act and industry best practices.
  • Preferably able to start work immediately or at short notice.
