Job Title: Operations Manager

This role will provide leadership and oversight to the development, implementation, and management of laboratory and engineering certification processes.

  • Develop and implement effective laboratory and engineering certification processes.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Supervise product certification engineering and laboratory operations.
  • Strategically plan, budget, and resource manage.
  • Mentor, advise, promote, and develop employees.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An Engineering degree with 10-15 years' experience in engineering.
  • At least 3 years' experience in the certification industry.
  • At least 6 years' experience in leadership/management roles.
  • Strong organizational, creativity, and project management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and results-driven leader who can effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall accountable for on-time delivery of certification projects.
  • Oversee productivity of certification and Laboratory functions.
  • Ensure effective training and implementation plans are developed and conducted.
