Job Title: Reservations Coordinator

This role focuses on delivering seamless guest experiences through efficient reservation management.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming reservations according to established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of all bookings.
  • Provide timely and courteous responses to guest inquiries.
  • Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
  • Identify and address discrepancies or issues related to guest reservations.
  • Assist in preparing special requests for guests.
  • Stay informed about next day's arrivals and take necessary actions.
  • Monitor and update the Property Management System (PMS) for all bookings.
  • Foster strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to meet business objectives.
  • Sustain attention to detail and provide excellent support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Meet and greet guests upon arrival and ensure they are satisfied with their stay.
  • Proactively address any guest complaints or concerns.
  • Be flexible and work rotating shifts including Saturdays.
  • Maximize room sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Enhance operational efficiency through continuous process improvements.
  • Engage in regular communication with team members and management.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel services and offerings.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritize assignments according to urgency.
  • Ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Deliver high-quality results while promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Use technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Consistently apply industry best practices and standards.
  • Embody the company's vision and values in daily work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with property management systems (PMS).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
