Reservation Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Reservation Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all room reservation inquiries meet the required standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all room reservation inquiries meet the required standards.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of all reservations.
  • Maximize hotel revenue through upselling and increasing length of stay.

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Respond to all incoming reservation inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Convert inquiries into bookings wherever possible.
  • Input reservations into Opera reservation system with accurate and complete details.
  • Update special requests and billing details in Opera.
  • Provide polite and friendly responses to all incoming telephone inquiries.
  • Be aware of hotel facilities and share information with customers.
