BIM Modelling Project Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled 3D modeling specialist to join our team. As a BIM modeler, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models and production documents for our projects. Your primary objective is to deliver BIM-assisted projects efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Create BIM content and production documents for project delivery
- Develop proficient C&S/ Arches / M&E 3D models
- Produce BIM model deliverables for design, documentation, and fabrication purposes
- Familiarize yourself with BIM documentations and shop drawings directly from the models
- Interpret engineering drawings and updates of Consultant's RFI to reflect design intent
- Liaise with the team for production of shop drawings
- Create 2D families
- Ensure BIM models are delivered professionally (Quality, due diligence, and timeliness)
Requirements:
- Min Higher Nitec Architectural Technology or Structural Engineering/ Diploma in Engineering or BIM
- Proven track record with at least 2 years full experience with BIM, preferably from A1 Main Contractor or Consultants independently
- BuildingSmart DDM Tier 4 will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, Auto Cad & MS Office
- Highly adaptable, flexible personality who embraces teamwork but also enjoys working independently
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Experience with Infrastructure Projects will be an added advantage
