About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Benefits Strategist to join our People & Culture team in APAC. As a key member of our global benefits team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our benefits strategy in key locations across the region.

Key Responsibilities

* Review benefits trends and advise management on the state of benefits for the countries in scope, demonstrating an understanding of market dynamics, key competitor benefit plan design, and industry trends.
* Partner with the compensation team to drive a comprehensive understanding of the competitive position of all C&B programs.
* Manage day-to-day administration and compliance of programs, through internal and vendor partner relationships, engaging as a strategic partner to the business and HR stakeholders.
* Manage relationships with vendors, including monitoring of cost, service levels, processes, and accuracy of data, leading negotiations with the APAC lead, providers including governance, contract compliance, issues management, communications, etc.
What You'll Bring

* Master's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or other related areas.
* Robust benefits delivery experience (7+ years) in a complex, fast-paced, large global public company environment.
* Hands-on experience in managing benefits in the APAC countries.
* Experience managing ambiguity and risk (taking the unknown into action).
* Strong communication, organization, collaboration, documentation, and presentation skills.
* Vendor management and budget management experience.
* Strong project management, process execution, innovation, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
* Deep commitment to excellent customer service, empathy, and stakeholder engagement.
* Demonstrated business and HR acumen.
* Flexibility, resiliency, speed, and grace under pressure.
