We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as an Amusement Game Attendant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and is passionate about providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming guests, assisting with game instructions, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Maintain arcade games and equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform minor repairs to ensure seamless gameplay.
- Operate the cash register accurately, process payments for game tokens and merchandise, and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Ensure the arcade remains clean and organized, sanitizing high-touch surfaces and game equipment regularly.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve smooth operations, attend training sessions as required, and assist in special events and promotions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles or similar positions is preferred.
- Familiarity with arcade games and equipment is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English is required.
