Entry Level Staff Position at Arcade Facility
Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of an Entry Level Staff Position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of arcade machines, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with inquiries/issues and provide prompt resolution.
  • Troubleshoot errors with arcade machines and ensure minimal disruption to gameplay.
  • Organize and restock prizes in claw machines.
  • Regularly clean and sanitize machines/areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist guests with prize redemption and ensure accuracy in transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic math skills for handling cash transactions, ability to work effectively in a team environment, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
