**Job Title:** Amusement Arcade Game Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Arcade Games Operator to join our team As an Arcade Games Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our arcade games and equipment, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

  • **Key Responsibilities:**

    • Ensure all arcade games and equipment are operational and report any malfunctions to the maintenance team.

    • Provide excellent customer service, including game instructions, prize redemption, and general inquiries.

    • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.

    • Assist in special events and promotions within the arcade.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

  • Familiarity with arcade games and equipment is a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
