Arcade Staff Member

About the Role:

We are seeking a part-time arcade staff member to join our team. As a key player in our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing arcade machines, and driving the success of our arcade.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage and maintain arcade machines, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Organize and restock prizes in the claw machine.
  • Clean and sanitize machines and areas regularly.
  • Process prize redemption accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Willingsness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
