Job Title: Senior Guest Services Associate

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Guest Services Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with the Assistant Manager to deliver excellent services to guests;
  • Liaising with Concierge, Reception, and Front Office cashier on guest arrivals and departures;
  • Establishing relationships with house guests/long-staying guests and offering assistance when needed;
  • Making courtesy calls to guests;
  • Managing and maintaining stock of promotional materials for daily operations;
  • Ensuring efficient and courteous services in baggage, transport handling, and general enquiries.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • O-Level or equivalent qualification;
  • Willingsness to perform rotating shifts;
  • A positive attitude with an outgoing personality and good communication skills;
  • Experience in hospitality and knowledge of Opera would be advantageous.
