About the Role:

This position is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. The successful candidate will be a warm and welcoming ambassador of our hotel, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests professionally, making a great first impression.
  • Show guests to their rooms and assist with luggage while providing information about the hotel and local area.
  • Responsible for carrying guests' luggage to and from rooms, double-checking that nothing is left behind.
  • Maintain lobby areas according to high standards, checking regularly.
  • Open doors for guests as per hotel etiquette.
  • Maintain cleanliness of bell stands, lobbies, and baggage rooms.
  • Deliver messages and valet services to guest rooms.
  • Promote hotel facilities to guests.
  • Exceed guests' expectations in all tasks.
