Guest Services Associate Job Description

The Guest Services Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the comfort and convenience of our guests. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to guest inquiries.
  • Managing room amenities and performing service recovery when necessary.
  • Familiarizing oneself with and adhering to hotel policies and government safety measures.

Additionally, the Guest Services Associate will be responsible for:

  • Answering calls, connecting guests, and maintaining equipment and facilities.
  • Performing tasks assigned according to established standards and procedures, including handling messages, check-in/check-out, and reporting maintenance issues.
  • Carrying out other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Being a Singaporean/PR or possessing relevant work experience.
  • Ability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Proficiency in fluent English and the ability to use computer systems.
  • Pleasing disposition, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
