Digital Partnership Manager

The primary objective of this role is to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships by collaborating with regional and local counterparts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate potential digital partnership opportunities that align with corporate goals.
  • Develop a strategic framework for partnerships, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Work with local counterparts to establish growth plans and monitor performance.
  • Build trusted relationships with local counterparts and digital partners across APAC.
  • Act as the key point of contact for all partner account management matters.
  • Forecast and track key account management metrics, such as quarterly sales targets.
Growth and Revenue Opportunities:
  • Collaborate with local counterparts, product managers, data analysts, and digital marketing & growth colleagues to drive revenue growth.
  • KPI Development: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess the success of partnerships and initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of partnership performance data to derive insights and recommend adjustments for improved outcomes.
Knowledge Sharing and Upskilling:
  • Institutionalize knowledge from different partnerships and countries across the organization.
Project Management:
  • Implementation Oversight: Lead the planning and execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively for partnership execution.

Requirements include experience in digital platforms, strong fundamentals in consumer marketing, project management skills, and knowledge of the insurance industry. A motivated, independent, and highly organized individual with high attention to detail is required.
