Our team is responsible for the operations of our data centres. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support us in providing round-the-clock monitoring and first-level support to ensure system availability, security, and performance.

The ideal candidate will provide operational support for our data centres, monitor system alerts and events from various tools, ensure timely response and accurate ticket logging, supervise batch job execution, deliver on-site assistance for critical tasks, maintain the safety, security, and operational integrity of the data centre environments, escalate issues appropriately and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution, document incidents, shift handovers, and daily operational logs accurately, and carry out routine equipment and infrastructure checks, escalating anomalies when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in IT or Computer Science preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT operations or data centre environment.
  • Familiarity with system monitoring and job scheduling tools.
  • Strong multitasking and analytical skills; able to handle high-volume alerts and tickets efficiently.
  • Ability to work on rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Physical fitness to support on-site operational tasks in a secure environment.
  • Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
