Job Title: Enterprise Data Centre Infrastructure Specialist

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering, with expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining critical infrastructure systems. They will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of data centre cooling systems, performing routine maintenance tasks, and providing technical assistance to clients as needed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on CRAC/WDS systems, including cleaning filters, replacing components, and conducting system checks.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on data centre operations and maintenance procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to data centre operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in data centre infrastructure management.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Nitec qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems, with knowledge of CRAC/WDS systems preferred

 

Working Conditions:

  • 5.5 days work week, Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-1pm
