Establishing Trust

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day administration of trust accounts. Reporting to the Head of Trust Administration, your responsibilities will include assisting with client onboarding, obtaining anti-money laundering and know-your-customer documentation, drafting trust documents, and liaising with intermediaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day administration of trust accounts
- Assist with the on-boarding of new clients and obtain requisite anti-money laundering and know-your-customer documentation
- Draft trust documents such as trust resolutions and letters of wishes
- Liaise with intermediaries relating to the trust structures
- Distribute funds to beneficiaries according to the trust deed
- Undertake periodic reviews of trusts and estates under administration
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of proven trust and company administration experience
- Relevant degree or diploma holder (accounting preferred)
- STEP qualified or part qualified/pursuing
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to garner client confidence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Independent and positive working attitude
