RESPONSIBILITIES

Seeking a Trust Officer to join a growing team. Ideally the successful candidate will be someone whom has commenced or is keen to commence the STEP qualification, brings 3 - 5 years of trust/company administration experience and is confident to accompany Trust Managers or his/her Team Head to Client Meetings.

– Management, supervision and coordination of daily administration of trusts and

companies including taking full mandate responsibility

– Maintaining and developing personal contact with clients, advisors and other related parties

– Upon scripting of appropriate trustee resolutions/company minutes, taking fiduciary

decisions on the mandates assigned, within Company guidelines

– Co-ordination of mandate specific transactions with bankers, lawyers, accountants,

agents and/or consultants

– Administrative overview and control of mandates assigned including financial,

accounting and database reviews

– Technical support of more junior team members

REQUIREMENTS

– Distinctly reliable and precise, conscientious and professional

– Client handling skills, excellent demeanour

– Capable of problem-solving and acting independently

– Able to establish priorities and with strong organisational skill

– Flexible in the work organisation

– Capable of multitasking with high quality standards

– Commercial training/experience, ideally in the banking, fiduciary or legal area

– 3 – 5 years of experience in the administration of trust or corporate structures – or

equivalent transferrable skills

– Member or in the process of passing exams for the membership of STEP

– Fluency in English; any other language a plus

– Fully computer literate (MS Office)

– Professional, diplomatic, helpful, co-operative team player

– Absolute discretion and loyalty. High ethical standards.

– Knowledge of multi asset class investments is preferred (although not essential as

training will be provided)
