
Assistant Trust Administrator

The Assistant Trust Administrator will work closely with and assist the Executive Director and Managers in the Trust department to provide overall management of the administration work and facilitation as well as internal services of the corporate level and the external liaison work.
**Job Description**:
- To understand the structure of each case properly.
- To ensure that the new business information for a Trust is recorded correctly in Viewpoint and files are established. Items are to be filed in line with the Trust filing policy. The Assistant Trust Administrator will also ensure that the information in the file mirrors what is reflected within Viewpoint.
- File and scan correspondence, documents and any other information relating to the Trust structures.
- Support the Trust Administrator with their general day to day administration.
- Become familiar with the company’s policies, procedures and Trust Administration manual.
- Highlight and report any suspicious transactions.
- To assist in the completion of various annual projects relating to the Trust departments such as CRS/FATCA reporting and the compiling of information for Form 6. Some projects are not defined over the course of a year and will be requested on an ad-hoc basis. The assistant Trust Administrator is expected to provide their full support.

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Fair and principled temperament with a facilitative and commercial approach to matters

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- N/O-levels/Diploma
- Min. 2 years’ experience
