Your Work Environment
Reporting to the Clienteling & Loyalty Manager, the position will support the team in recruitment, retention and customer engagement activations and events.
Your Impact
\t- Assist in CRM related data generation for regional markets
\t - Assist in preparation of materials & consolidation of performance tracking for all clienteling events across region
\t - Assist in the coordination of logistical arrangement, support & tracking for clienteling samples, giftings, tools & materials across region
\t - Support in coordination and administrative follow-up on vendor creation and management, payment facilitation & tracking, invoice & expense Management, clienteling app Licenses, service desk, etc
\t - Assist in event management from set ups, preparation, execution & teardowns with vendors & agencies
\t - Provide support on respective action plans for the region's initiatives, aligned with the House general guidelines

Keys for Success
Education:
\t- Diploma holder, or Undergraduates
\
Competencies:
\t- Passion in luxury/fashion business, CRM (retail marketing)
\t - Proactive, independent, efficient & resourceful individual, with attention to details
\t - Team player with positive work attitude; willing to work hard & learn
\t - Good analytical & administrative skills for monitoring / tracking of the Clienteling initiatives
\t - Good communication skills & habits
\t - Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office / Excel skills
