Product Visionary for KrisFlyer
Singapore Airlines is seeking a skilled Product Owner to lead the development of our KrisFlyer Programme, driving digital innovation and customer experience excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver best-in-class digital experiences for KrisFlyer members.
- Lead a team of developers to define product vision, manage roadmap, and prioritize features that enhance customer experience.
- Work with business users to identify and drive development of features that improve member acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Optimize digital channels through data-driven testing and iterative improvement.
- Monitor key statistics and generate management reports to inform product decisions.
- Advocate for the product and share knowledge internally and externally.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or Business Analytics.
- Good IT skills and understanding of loyalty programmes and e-commerce trends.
- Experience in digital development and innovation is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
