Job Title: Assistant Manager, Loyalty

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, Loyalty to join our team at Sephora. As a key member of our loyalty team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement loyalty program propositions and strategies to engage, reward, and retain customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life across all Sephora marketing levers and touchpoints.
  • Provide guidance to country teams on loyalty best practices and operating guidelines.
  • Lead regular reviews with country teams to ensure loyalty goals are on track.
  • Work closely with the IT team to enhance and evolve the loyalty platform.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in loyalty/customer marketing/customer experience/CRM, preferably in a retail and eCommerce environment.
  • Technical skills in SQL, data analysis, digital marketing technologies, and the loyalty ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, excellent people and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience working in a regional capacity, within a highly matrixed organization is preferred.
