We are seeking an exceptional cook who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen. Key responsibilities will include preparing and cooking high-quality dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards, ensuring proper heat control, seasoning, and consistency of dishes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience in Chinese cuisine, specializing in wok/frying station, skilled in various Chinese cooking techniques (stir-frying, deep-frying, braising, steaming), and ability to lead a kitchen team and train junior staff.

Key Responsibilities
