Job Title: Senior IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to spearhead our support operations in a fast-paced environment.

  • Deliver high-quality technical support to internal users, ensuring seamless operation of IT devices, applications, and systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and application issues while maintaining accurate documentation
  • Lead initiatives to enhance helpdesk efficiency, streamline workflows, and implement automation where possible
  • Oversee IT asset management, including inventory control, vendor coordination, and procurement support
  • Manage shared office devices such as video conferencing systems and printers
  • Provide on-site and remote IT support for corporate events, ensuring smooth technical execution
  • Collaborate with regional teams, system engineers, and network specialists to support projects and cross-functional initiatives
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in supporting senior executives or VIP users
  • Strong experience supporting hybrid and remote work environments, including VPN, collaboration platforms, and remote access tools
  • Proficiency in ITSM platforms and familiarity with ITIL best practices
  • Knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN technologies, switching, and routing
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and/or Linux server administration
  • Practical skills in configuring Cisco devices, including firewalls, switches, IP phones, wireless controllers, and access points

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred for effective communication with China-based counterparts and teams
