- Provide strategic guidance: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop architectural strategies to align technology solutions with their goals.
- Lead architectural projects: Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex and large-scale architectural projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, budget constraints, and industry best practices.
- Oversee architectural standards: Develop and maintain architectural standards, frameworks, and methodologies, ensuring consistency, scalability, and reusability across projects and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with project managers, developers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration, coordination, and delivery of architectural solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior architects: Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to junior architects and team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
- Stay updated with industry trends: Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in the architectural field, incorporating innovative solutions into client engagements.
- Support business development: Collaborate with business development teams to identify new opportunities, contribute to proposals, and engage in client presentations or discussions.

**STILL YOU**:

- You are a creative individual with deep technological expertise, business acumen, and software development background. You must be able to communicate well with both internal and external parties with a good sense of idealism and pragmatism.
- You are endlessly curious, a self-starter and able to quickly grasp and understand a wide variety of software environments and solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Additional certifications in relevant areas (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are advantageous.
- Professional experience: Several years (typically 10+ years) of experience in IT architecture, including experience in a consulting or advisory role.
- Project leadership: Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex architectural projects, demonstrating strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to understand business needs, translate them into architectural strategies, and provide recommendations that align with organizational goals.
- Communication and collaboration: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex architectural concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Leadership and mentorship: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and guide junior architects and team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
