Monitoring of onsite industrial gas plants performance to improve productivity and power optimisation.
- Work with operations team to identify key reliability and productivity improvement projects. This includes providing the technical solution, initiate the change control and track the overall execution of these initiatives.
- Work with Singapore technical services team to resolve issues with main plant ASU’s interface with existing processes.
- Lead the overall technical review and be the key interface between global/regional Engineering and Country Operations for new plants.
- Support and lead stage gate reviews e.g Process piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID), hazard and operability (HAZOP) study, Model review and Commissioning of new projects.
- Work with Project Execution team in overall system mechanical walkdown, development and execution of the overall commissioning plan.
- Train and develop technical and operations competency in the new team to be able to operate the plant with high reliability and productivity.
- Conduct technical and Process safety audits of the sites for efficient and safe operations.
- Identify, evaluate, develop and execute Reliability Improvement Program.
- Work closely with Global Centre of Competency (COE) and Regional Operational support team to sharing and implementation of best practices; coordinate technical operations support during plant outages and Turnaround.
- Deliver against critical KPIs of reliability, efficiency, productivity, product availability in support of sales and drive for profitable improvements.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 15 years of process and operations experience in Air Separation plants.
- Expert knowledge in Air separation Unit (ASU) plant operations primary on plant process design, commissioning, and plant operations and troubleshooting.
- Good technical and communication skills to be able to train and develop the operational team on plant operations, safety, process safety to be able to run the plant safely with highest reliability.
- Expert knowledge and experience in successful commissioning and startup of the new ASU plants.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with tight timeline.
- Strong experience with customer relationships development.
- Demonstrate key leadership attributes e.g. Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills, Pro-active, Motivator, Change Management.
