About the Role:

The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing bold, scalable strategies to attract and hire top talent in a highly competitive landscape. This includes developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, building and managing a high-performing recruitment team, and partnering with senior leaders to co-create talent solutions.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 12+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, leading teams in dynamic, high-growth, or change-driven environments. You will also need to have a track record of driving transformation in recruiting, redesigning systems, workflows, and strategies to improve outcomes.
