Job Title

We are seeking an Operations Manager to support our Retail Performance and Business Operations teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in upholding the boutique brand image across Southeast Asia, ensuring operations and processes are consistent and effective.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure boutique operations, retail procedures, and guidelines are in accordance and compliant across all internal and external boutiques.
  • Drive actions, initiatives, and solutions to improve boutique operations and performance by collaborating with relevant departments and boutiques.
  • Play an active role in engaging retail teams to drive results, improved communications, and client focus.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to cascade consistent communications and operational standards.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational skills, structured work approach, and ability to evaluate sales trends and clients' behavior.
  • Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate agility, and maintain a positive attitude.
