  • Communicate, federate, and energize the boutique team around the Maison's strategy and vision through strong leadership.
  • Optimize and maximize boutique performance, including commercial KPIs, client excellence, operations, and profitability.
  • Build direct contact with VIPs and ensure high standards of professional client service within the boutique.
  • Recruit, train, manage, and develop boutique teams for an optimal and resilient organization.
  • Guide and oversee retail transformation programs and ensure smooth implementation of continuous improvements.
  • Ensure all brand and Maison policies, procedures, and guidelines are respected.
How will you experience success with us?
  • Possess sound management and luxury retail experience.
  • Be people and results-oriented, service-focused, with strong analytical skills.
  • Be fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus for managing communication with a diverse client base.
  • Have strong cultural awareness and understanding of the local clientele.
