Boutique Manager

**Poste**

Reporting to the Retail Director, the Boutique Manager will be responsible for leading, coaching, guiding and mentoring the boutique team. The Boutique Manager will have a strong focus on driving sales, delivering refined customer service and demonstrating strong clienteling skills. He/ she will possess genuine passion to motivate the team, to achieve their daily and monthly targets; and will be a positive influencer to build their leadership.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Sales Management
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales target by setting sales target(s) to the team and leading the team with sales strategies
- Utilize various reports to review and analyze business results in order to propose action plan
- Conduct market research on market trend, competitors' sales to share with management
- Clienteling: Manage all staffs to follow-up on all prospects and build long-term relationships with clients

2. High Jewelry Sales Management
- Responsible for taking care of VVICs clientele and guiding the team on VVICs treatment
- Lead and guide the team to close High Jewelry sales
- Aim to be a High Jewelry Ambassador within Chaumet Worldwide

3. Staff Management
- Lead and mentor the team to reflect business strategy and meet sales goals
- Establish accountabilities & performance expectations for staff
- Be responsible for planning and publishing of the monthly roster
- Ensure the grooming of boutique staff is aligned with the guidelines of ‘’Chaumet’’
- Participate in staff recruitment process
- Encourage and support individual development of staff
- Conduct daily briefing to ensure target achievement and effective communication within the team

4. Inventory Management
- Be responsible for inventory management,
- Supervise stock transfer, stock take & inventory counts
- Monitoring stock levels and identifying gaps in ranges

5. Customer Service (including after-sales service)
- Ensure best customer service & brand experience to customers to achieve high customer satisfaction
- Attend to customer complaints in a timely manner

6. Brand Ambassador
- With guidance from the Retail Director, act as a PR and brand ambassador following corporate guidelines of the brand

7. Visual Merchandising & Store Maintenance
- Ensure timely window and interior product display rotation, including new products & best seller item
- Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping for both sales floor, window, counters and stock rooms at all times
- In consultation with the Retail Director, store team and the marketing team in Hong Kong, be responsible for planning and executing the High Jewellery events. Ensure the events are professionally managed and executed in line with Chaumet guidelines.

8. Administrative Management
- Oversee all facts of store operation, e.g. invoicing, daily reconciliation report, management reports, cash management, etc.
- Complete requested reports and documents in a timely manner
- Implement and support all security procedures and measures

9. CRM
- Lead the team to acquire, build and maintain loyal customers
- Implement activities to drive customer repeat purchase and build customer loyalty

10. Workplace Health & Safety
- Ensure the boutique is compliant with all Health and Safety guidelines and measures
- Ensure the staff are abiding by the H&S rules and regulations at all time
- Immediately notify the Company of anything that might put any person at risk or be in breach of any laws or regulations.

**Profil**
- At least 8 years’ experience in retail operations at managerial position with a successful track record gained from jewelry or high-end luxury retail industry
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Sales and result-oriented, with excellent customer service skills
- Fluent in English & Mandarin
- Highly-motivated, team player, positive thinker, creative and efficient
- High integrity with good ethics and values
