
Boutique Manager

**Job Description:
The Boutique Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of the boutique and is responsible for their respective teams to drive sales performance and ensure outstanding client service, while maximizing sales. He/she should lead by example and must manage all aspects of the daily operation including but not limited to the maintenance of the boutique’s interior, the products within the boutiques and in all aspects of customer service be it service recovery, training or in executing workshops to the required standards. The Boutique Manager reports
directly to the Retail Manager/Retail Director
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Boutique Sales achievement
- Achieve and exceed the sales target set by Maison 21G and shared by the retail director
- Develop local clientele and VIPs lists
- Demonstrate creativity, “out of the box” mindset in generating business for your boutique and proactively network to identify new business and client opportunities
- Develop, train, and motivate boutique team to achieve the boutiques sales target and client development
- Demonstrate leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor and spot coaching
2. Customer Service
- Always ensure the highest level of service to the clients
- Resolve customer issues and requests in an efficient and professional manner
3. Operations
- Ensure that the boutique is always clean and tidy
- Monitor and ensure an accurate inventory
- Ensure to always have the right level of stock for all the products
- Comply with the boutique’s standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Identify and solve all maintenance and aesthetic issues to ensure the boutique reflects the brand well.
4. CRM & Marketing
- Be the direct contact with mall management and ensure the boutique is up to date with the upcoming promotion
- Be proactive in the animation of the boutique through mall’s opportunities (loyalty program, ads campaign)
- Define a CRM program for the boutique and clients together with retail director
