Job Title:

Inventory Control Specialist

About the Role:

This position is responsible for devising ways to optimize inventory control procedures.

You will be in charge of inspecting business supplies and raw materials levels to identify shortages and ensure adequate product stock for all distribution channels.


Your role involves recording daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory, using software to monitor demand and document inventory characteristics.


You will also place orders to replenish stock, ensuring no insufficiencies or excessive surplus.


Analytical skills are essential as you analyze data to anticipate future needs and evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals while maintaining trust relationships.


Collaboration with warehouse employees and other staff is necessary to ensure business goals are met.


Reporting stock levels and issues to upper management will also be part of your responsibilities.

  • Proficiency in inventory management software
