Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist

Job Overview:

As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and ensuring stock is tracked properly.

  • Monitor stock levels and reorder products in a timely manner to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Key Responsibilities Include:Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels to ensure optimal storage and prevent product damage.

  • Prepare detailed reports on stock levels, movements, and audit findings.
Order Processing and Order Management:

Manage orders from start to finish, including creating purchase orders and updating items in the system.

  • Coordinate the receipt of goods and ensure they are properly documented, inspected, and stored.
Inventory Reporting:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports summarizing stock levels, movements, and any issues.

  • Update and maintain the inventory management system with accurate stock data and ensure compliance with internal processes.
Collaboration with Teams:

Work closely with procurement, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth inventory operations and timely stock availability.

  • Provide insights into inventory trends and highlight areas for improvement.
Compliance & Safety:

Ensure that all inventory handling procedures comply with safety and regulatory standards.
