Program Leadership Position

- Develops and implements project budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Coordinates project activities and communications among teams, customers, and stakeholders.
- Participates in strategic planning to establish organizational goals and objectives.
- Directs the activities of team members and is responsible for planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and directing specific projects and programs from inception through delivery. This includes:
- Initiating, monitoring, and directing projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget requirements.
- Reviewing project proposals to determine scope, funding requirements, staffing needs, and resource allocation.
- Ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and service level expectations.
- Managing stakeholder expectations to ensure alignment between internal operations and external partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cultivating relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Developing and managing budgets to achieve business objectives.
- Leading asset management initiatives to optimize resource utilization.
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel to analyze data and inform decision-making.
- Promoting a culture of workplace safety and value engineering.
- Driving channel and manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements include:
- Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in program management.
