We are seeking a Leadership Training Implementation Specialist, Leadership Solutions based in Singapore, to be responsible for ensuring smooth and effective delivery of Virtual, Face to Face, and Blended Journey programs, by taking care of all technical, materials, and logístical aspects of all modalities of Leadership Solutions programmatic interventions.

**Job Summary**:
You will actively manage/implement the timeline and resources of projects assigned and maintain project plans including deliverables and time frame. You will serve as a primary contact to program participants and delivery partners, communicating the relevant information, and guiding them through program completion as well as resolving any issues.

Primary Accountability:
1) Actively implement and project manage preparation, delivery, and post-program phases of Virtual and Face to Face program execution.

a) Manage pre-program participant registration and invites as well as serve as principle contact with program participants.

b) Launch and manage completion of online assessments for participants through CCL Leadership Accelerator (CLA) Platform.
- Guides clients through the assessment completion process
- Provides assessment updates for the purpose of problem solving and collation of missing assessment submissions.
- Acts as the point of contact for client issues and questions with feedback reports or other assessments.

c) Prepare program materials and all logístical aspects of program execution in Virtual, Face to Face or Blended modality
- Training Venue and Breakout Rooms
- IT and Audio Equipment
- Catering
- Program, Simulation and Experiential Materials

d) Ensure smooth implementation on all aspects of program design and delivery via Virtual Platforms such as Zoom, TEAMs, Webex, etc.
- Troubleshoot technical issues for participants and faculty
- Manage Attendance, Breakouts, Polling, Annotation and/or Whiteboard functions on our virtual delivery platforms

2) Actively collaborate with in-house Faculty and Designers on the curation of virtual/face to face content
- Be a thought partner on the feasibility of program design into delivery considerations
- Performs After Action Review with the overall project team to continue reiterating areas well-executed, review areas of improvement, and consolidate any changes needed in design for future runs (if applicable)

3) Manage program execution, delivery milestones and project closure in critical CCL ERP systems such as

a) Dynamics 365 Project Service Automation
- Project planning and Resourcing

b) Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- Individual Time Tracking
- Collaboration with Learning Journey Support Executive for Purchase Order Issuance
- Individual Expense and Invoice submission relating to project costings.

Technologically savvy, agile and growth mindset, knowledge of key elements of leadership development programs, deep competence in the use of virtual facilitation and digital learning technologies and tools.

Educational Qualification/ Experience/Work Background
- Strong communication and organized individual
- Experience with learning management systems, CRM and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong proficiency in the optimal and smooth use of functionalities in virtual collaboration and training platforms including Zoom, Webex Training
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Must demonstrate excellent time management skills and have the ability to work independently
- Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Library Science, Communication, or a related field.
