- Engage, collaborate and partner with senior leaders to build a leadership development framework for Product and Engineering leaders
- Conduct needs analysis to identify and design leadership development initiatives to meet business needs
- Design, develop and implement core and customised leadership training programmes (e.g. instructor-led training, e-learning courses) for leaders at all levels
- Manage a portfolio of initiatives, programmes and projects to support leadership capabilities, build and drive organisational culture
- Track progress and measure success of leadership development and training programmes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree, with at least 5 to 8 years of experience, preferably in one of these domains - management and leadership development, organisation development, group facilitation, training and training design
- Ability to deliver results independently in a dynamic environment.
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Passion for career development, training, leadership, and helping team members develop their fullest potential
- Understand learning design and has experiences in curation, design, implementation, and evaluation of leadership development programmes
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect current and anticipated business challenges with strategic leadership and talent development initiatives
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin to facilitate cross-border communications and collaborations across the region
- Experience in tech companies is a plus
